Subject	Wheel Rot?

Message	Long story short I have 2 Zs. One ( the parts Z) has new unused tires but has been sitting out side of my place for about 4 months. On the second Z I have old tires and I was thinking about switching the tires. Do I risk the newer tires having wheel rot? How can I tell is they have it. Suggestions?
